On March 26, 1979, Israel and Egypt signed a peace treaty formally ending the condition of war that had existed between the two nations for thirty decades. Under the conditions with the treaty, which experienced resulted with the Camp David Accords signed in 1978, Israel returned the whole Sinai Peninsula to Egypt, and, in return, Egypt identified
